1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Soca Sizzle Distributors Ltd. website (socasizzledistributorsltd.ca) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

2. Products and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable HST where required.
• Prices for products and fresh produce sold by weight are subject to change based on seasonal availability and import costs. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged.
• Product images are representative. Fresh Caribbean produce and products may vary in size, colour, and appearance from images shown on the website due to natural or manufacturing variation.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you before processing your order.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a substitute or refund.
• Payment is processed at the time of order via Square. Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Interac Debit where supported.
• You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information is accurate.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse, and to refund payment in full in such cases.

4. Delivery

• Retail delivery is estimated at 3 business days from order date. Actual delivery dates depend on your location and shipment availability.
• Wholesale customers may select a preferred delivery date subject to a minimum of 2 business days' notice.
• Delivery is currently available across Canada. Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, weather events, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• A valid delivery address must be provided. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-delivery fees may apply.

5. Product and Fresh Produce Quality

All products and fresh produce are inspected before shipment. Due to the perishable nature of Caribbean produce and the distances involved in importation, minor variations in ripeness or appearance may occur. If you receive products or produce that are spoiled or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will review your claim and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We cannot accept returns of fresh produce or opened packaged goods.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before they are confirmed for fulfillment. Once an order is in fulfillment, cancellations are not guaranteed.
• Refunds for spoiled or incorrect items will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Non-perishable items (seasonings, sauces, packaged goods) may be returned unopened within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Wholesale Program

• Wholesale pricing and terms are available to approved business partners only. Wholesale account applications are subject to review and approval by Soca Sizzle Distributors Ltd.
• Approved wholesale partners must maintain a minimum order volume as communicated at the time of approval.
• Wholesale pricing is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.
• We reserve the right to revoke wholesale status for accounts that violate these terms or fail to maintain minimum order requirements.

8. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and place orders.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, images, logos, and the Soca Sizzle brand — is the property of Soca Sizzle Distributors Ltd. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soca Sizzle Distributors Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
